At IzyCoffee, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Changed your mind? You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as required by law.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This applies to most products, except for sealed food products that cannot be returned once opened.

2. How to Return an Item

1. Notify us: Fill out our cancellation form and send it via email to axelle@izycoffee.be within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return the product: Pack the item securely and send it back within 14 days of your notification to: Steenweg Deinze 50, 9810 Nazareth-De Pinte

3. Receive your refund: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
